  • Shipping charges for all orders within India is free.

  • For shipping outside India please contact us.

  • Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines. From the time of shipping, it takes about 4-10 days for domestic orders.

  • If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

  • We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on 7073894414 or write to us at and we will try our best to resolve your issues.


  • Products other than BROOCHES ordered through our website ( are returnable and exchangeable within the 72 hours of  delivery. After that their will be no return and exchange of the ordered product/products. Brooches are not returnable and exchangeable.

  • Point to be noted is that no cash refund, money transfer will be given on the return of the product. We will give a credit note equivalent to the amount paid for the returned product at the time of checkout/placing order.

  • Credit note will be initiated once we receive back the product in the same condition we have delivered to you. Any slight change in the condition of received product will be regarded as product tampering and the return will be cancelled, also it will be sent back to you in the same condition we received from you and whatever will be the transit charges in this case will be suffered by the person who ordered the product and sent the tempered product.

  • In exceptional cases where the garment gets damaged in transit or a wrong order is delivered, a ‘return’ request along with photograph of damaged product(s) at can be sent.

  • The request will be reviewed at our end and communicated to you via email. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or credit note.

  • Items that may have been damaged in transit, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.

  • After receiving the order make sure to make an unboxing video starting from opening the seal to ending with checking the whole product, so if in any case a damaged product is delivered, we can easily exchange the product.
